INVOICE/PROPOSAL Agreement:

This arrangement constitutes the entire agreement between client and photographer. All deposits are non-refundable. No modifications or cancellations shall be valid unless in writing signed by the photographer. The undersigned acknowledges that he/she has read and accepted all the terms of this invoice.
